The manuscripts submitted for
publishing must be up-to-date and should contain new, important theoretical
and experimental issues, original and valuable for their field. Papers that
report partial, uncompleted studies are not accepted.
CONSTRUCTII Journal will
accept materials that have been published elsewhere only exceptionally, with
the explicit agreement of the concerned publishers and with the clear
specification or the source.
Also, no reproduction of
material from other authors’ works (paragraphs, tables, illustrations) is
allowed, without a clear specification of the bibliographical reference and
without complying to the applicable requirements of the concerned publication.
The acceptance for
publication of a paper means the tacit acceptance by the author of the
copyright terms.
Authors are allowed to use their own materials in other publications, provided
that a significant proportion of those is renewed or original.
Published papers are protected by the pertinent legal framework concerning
copyright.
Access to the electronic format of the
journal, identified by
ISSN 1221 -
2709 (print) and
ISSN 2247-0328
(online), is free and unrestricted. Neither
readers, nor their institutions will be charged for accessing the articles
published on the journal website, and can read, download, copy, distribute,
print, search or link to the full text of articles. This is equivalent to a
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International
License (CC BY-NC-ND).
The journal does not charge
submission or processing fees.
Each paper submitted for publishing in
CONSTRUCTII Journal will be reviewed by a renowned specialist in the
field, which will write a peer review report and a recommendation.
He will then submit the paper to the Editorial Board, which, based on the
report and recommendation accompanying the paper, will evaluate it both from
the point of view of the scientific content and of the form of presentation.
The corresponding author of the paper will be notified in
writing about the decision of the Editorial Board,
together with the observations or recommendations resulting from the
evaluation.
The accepted papers will be made available, as pdf files,
on the journal's website and,
within the next 6 months, will be published in printed form.
